This is getting a little confusing. Initially you gave the impression
that you ***added*** a disk to your PC. Now you say that
you are ***replacing*** your original disk. That's a huge
difference!

A good starting point would be to describe exactly how you
transferred the operating system from the old disk to the new
disk. So far your posts contain no details whatsoever about
the process you used.
