How Do I Time Out to Welcome Screen?

Hi, all.

I have a couple of XP users in the household, and I want the unattended
PC that has been left open to someone's account to return to the
welcome screen after a few minutes and require all to log in again.
I seem to remember a "On resume, return to desktop" or something
like that in the Desktop settings' Screen Saver area, but I just have
"On resume, password protect", which isn't what I want.

Thanks in advance,
