I believe the model is T2040. I am pretty sure that del is the key to get
into setup.
When I push the del key after power on the screen stays blank which makes me
think that maybe it actually is going into CMOS but I can't see it. This
might also be why I see nothing when I have the restore cd in. It may
actually be coming up, but I am not able to see it.
I have not tried the restore cd in another computer yet, but I used it on
this computer the day before I started having this problem.
Thanks for your help.
