Hi,
Click start/run, type:
control inetcpl.cpl
Then click ok. Does Internet Options appear or not (error message)? If not,
either the file is damaged or missing and a new one needs to be expanded
from the I386 folder on the CD or hard drive (on preinstalled systems). If
it does, then perhaps it was hidden with TweakUI or a group policy (check
with the network administrator if this is your employer's computer).
