Not bad at all, but you could further improve/ add a few more, regarding the
importance, significance of Page file, MFT settings & defrag etc, for system/
disk stability.

Though one thing is conflicting, you say that most machines used these days
are at least around 1.4-1.8 plus CPU, assuming to be having a reasonable good
enough AGP card, approx 128 MB DDR, enough mem again approx 512 plus DDR,
THAN why do you suggest that the graphical appearance of Win XP, be
compromised from default settings to one for best performance, unless one is
into extreme gaming.

In my opinion this setting should be reserved for P3 machines with 133MHZ
Bus speed mem, below 1 GHZ CPU.
