No try these commands:

ping "PC2"
net use x: \\"IP"\"SomeShare"

where "IP" is the IP address of PC2, e.g. 192.168.0.55.

Note that it is not sufficient to turn off some third-party
firewalls, e.g. ZoneAlarm. You must uninstall them to
render them ineffective.
