Easier to do in classic mode.. double click My Computer.. go into 'Documents
and settings - All Users - Start Menu'.. make the window fit half of the
screen vertically.. now open another window using the same procedure..

Click on Programs, and from there, create folders,, eg Multimedia, Graphics,
Games etc and then move your links into the appropriate folder headings..
you open two windows so that you can see what you are dragging, and to
where..
