error: org.apache.jasper.JasperException

My mother keeps getting an error message that says:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException whenever she tries to open certain pages
while on-line. I tried doing a google search to see what is causing this to
no avail. Well, it did pull up a lot of webpages but they are all Greek to
me as I am not very computer literate. Can someone please explain in layman
terms what I can do to correct this problem. She uses AOL and she also has
Norton Internet Security along with Norton Antivirus. Could any of these
programs be causing this?

Thanx,

Patty
