Are you sure they're plugged into the correct jack?
Have you looked in Device Manager under Sound, Video and Game Controllers to verify your sound device is installed and has no conflicts?
Does your sound device show in Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Audio tab as the preferred device?

Hi E1 ,
I have tried and tried to increase the volume on my JBL stereo
speakers however it is way too low , i tried control panel, sounds devices
etc but still cant work it out , it is louder when i unplug my speakers and
the sound comes out of my desktop pc , can anyone help me turn up the volume
on my speakers please please .
