Creating a Scheduled Ap problem

I have the utility xp_sysretorpoint.vbs I think from Kelly's Korner.

I created a shortcut that I put on my desktop and it works perfectly.

I tried making it a scheduled event using the ControlPanel>Scheduled Tasks.
but I've run into a problem

As I'm the only user of the computer and do not use/need a password to log
on, I keep getting a message saying that the scheduled even cannot run due
to not having administrative rights or being logged on.

I am the administrator, only user, chief cook and bottle washer.

How do I get this to work?
I rather not have passwords.

Please, I like having the little script automagically creating restore
points
