Is there a way of recovering files, which were firstly in the Recycle Bin and then were erroneously emptied?
If I am not mistaken some years ago I saw an affirmative information to this question.
It's possible but first thing is stop using the computer. Deleted data is not removed from the disk, just their space marked available and the more you use the system before trying data recovery, the greater the chance they are overwritten. Here are some data recovery options:
Executive Software “Undelete”: http://www.execsoft.com/undelete/undelete.asp

There are data recovery services that do a good job but are very expensive. Only you know the value of the data
