Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Click Skip to skip any items for synchronization that are not available
from the current network connection.
In Windows Explorer, click Synchronize on the Tools menu, and then click
to clear the check boxes for items that are not available when you
synchronize from the current network connection.

Since there are normally no errors, I would like to not have that window stop at that point but rather continue the shutdown process.
