Re: scrolling is not smooth

Could be a conflict between the mouse driver and the video driver. Right click a blank area of the desktop | Properties | Settings | Advanced | Troubleshoot. Move the hardware acceleration slider to the left away from full. If one notch works leave it. If it takes more than one update the video card drivers and mouse drivers. Get them from the manufacturer's web site if retail hardware, or from the computer manufacturer's web site if it's an OEM system like HP or Dell.
