First: I had no problem viewing that web site.
The 404 message indicates that the domain name has been resolved to an
IP address, an HTTP request was sent to that IP address, and the
server there simply couldn't find the page that was requested. Since
no specific page was requested, the server would return a default
page, usually something named index.html or default.html or possibly
one of those things with an asp extension (this is configurable at the
server).
So, after all that verbiage, I think what most likely happened was a
short-lived server misconfiguration. That's consistent with the
message appearing in both browsers.
