Re: Win. Explorer File Type and View Options Bug

Your view settings or customizations for a folder are lost or incorrect:

The Default for Windows XP is to remember the view settings for the 400 most recently used folders.

I have this problem in Windows Explorer where I set the File Type and File
View option to what I want and when I come back to the folder later the
options have been chnaged. For example, I have all my Pictures folders set
to Pictures as the Type and Slideshow as the View. When I go back to the
folders later they are set to another type like Videos or Files and the View
is set to List. This problem happens all over My Documents in many different
combinations and it drives me crazy. Does anyone else have this problem, is
there a way to set the Type and View and for it not to change on its own?
Thanks.
