Hi Rick,
thank you for the response.
1) Per your footnote, I accessed the knowledge base article. That had good
information, although my program doesn't have a security tab, just General,
Sharing and one other.
2) Capslock was off, but thank you for the reminder ;^}
3) I'll experiment with the various suggestions made by the KB article and
see if there's success in there!
