The removal of the suspect software will correct the issue. It may be malware, virus, misconfigured antivirus. But you need to determine what it is, as "they" can't "fix" what you put on your computer.

well my issue is when i am logged in and then i switch to go to another
user... it works fine but when i log that one off it saves and loggs off but
never gets back to log in and then the screen turns off and nothin works..
and the hard drive shows work but consistant... like its looping or
somethin... a few other people are having the same problem.. i hope they fix
it soon..
