I have, and I'm not a mind reader. If YOU have a specific part of the
plan in YOUR MIND that YOU feel hasn't been followed, then it is up to
YOU show us what the hell is in YOUR MIND.

Quote the specific parts of the plan that YOU feel weren't followed, and
then quote and link to credible news sources that backs it up.
