Re: Outlook Express

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I'm having a similar problem. I can't send or receive POP email (although I
can connect to the internet and use webmail. I previously could, so I know
my settings on my email accounts are OK. When I tried to send/receive, I get
the "Connecting" indication, but then nothing, except "Your POP3 server has
not responded.". I tried de-activating the NIS 2005 firewall settings so it
isn't filtering email. I also tried downloading and installing Mozilla
Thunderbird in case the problem was with OE 6, all to no avail.
