BSOD after ~10 minutes?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi, I keep getting a BSOD. It flashes on the screen for a split second
before my computer restarts, so i'm not quite sure what it says. I
think near the top it says something like "MANUAL_CHECK_ERROR" and
near the bottom it says something like "physical memory dump".

No idea why it's happening. Been happening a couple times. The only
similarity between the multiple crashes is that i'm "guessing" that
they all happen about 10 minutes after I login.

Any idea what's going on? How should I fix it?
