Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Internet Settings\Cache
Value Name: Persistent
Value Type: REG_DWORD
Value Data: 0 or 1
0 = Yes, empty it
1 = No, do not empty it
