file sharing problems

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi all. I have a few pc within the same workgroup name. All pc could see each
other when i click on "workgroup computers". However all pc could not access
a particular pc when i double click it. The error message "\\pc_name is not
accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.
Contact administrator of this server to find out if you have access
permissions. The Network path was not found." All pc are able to ping each
other by name and ip address. How can i solve this? Thks in advance.
