Cannot view workgroup

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I have a setup with multiple XP SP2 Home computers on a wired LAN, plus a
printer on the LAN.

All computers except one can view the workgroup, and access the printer.
All computers have administrator privledges.

Tried removing and reloading all the accessories/communications component
and reinstalled, rebuilt the LAN connection several times, and even changed
workgroup names. No changes.

I have run out of ideas where to look next. HELP!

TIA
