Hello Nigel,

You cannot install the TIP (Tablet Input Panel) separately on a non-Windows XP Tablet PC edition OS.
What you can do is press WinKey + U at the welcome screen which will bring up the utility manager
through which you can launch the built-in On-Screen Keyboard.
