I believe that shdocvw.dll is a part of IE - and, as such, you should
probably do a repair install of IE (

This presumes that the error is actually with shdocvw.dll and not just an
afteraffect of the error (it says that the module is affected - not that it
caused the error). Check the Event Viewer and log files to be sure.
