Thanks John. Appreciate your input, along with everyone else who
responded. Its finally finished. Two partitions on the one drive, both
NTFS. I'm doing some work on my old computer at the moment, hopefully I'll
get some more time to configure every little thing and install updated
drivers, etc, and Office and other programs a bit later today. At the
moment I just wistfully look across every so often and wish I could get into
it.
Actually, I should/will get my scan/defrag going now while I'm working on
this one.
Ok, that's great - I've just discovered that Windows was installed on the
larger partition E, not C. Looks like I will have to start over!!
