I have no idea. Is this computer the server? Otherwise, what would

I don't think the event logs will be particularly useful. I don't
provide free email support, sorry. If you need more extensive support
than you can get from a newsgroup, call Microsoft tech support. Yes,
you will have to pay for it but if it solves your problem it will be
worth it.

That printer could be the problem right there. First of all, having a
lot of other computers printing to a local printer is a bad idea. There
is no way the host computer is going to do well with that. Have your
client put in a networked printer or a print server.

I'd run some hardware diagnostics, starting with RAM and hard drive
tests.
