Passport Account Info

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I have two e-mail accounts, one from my ISP and one from Hotmail.  When I shutdown and restart neither one of the account profiles is retained.  I can start Messenger and log in with my Hotmail account and then start MSNMessenger with my ISP account and then close the programs and restart them and they will auto login as many times as I like but once I shutdown the the profiles are lost.  After shuddown neither account is listed in User Accounts.  Any ideas on how to get XPPro SP2 to retaine this info?

Thanks
