Hi,

You can use free KillDisk utility to wipe your HDD. KillDisk erases the
whole drive, it is impossible to recover any info after using it.
KillDisk supports some highly secure erase methods such as DoD M5220
and Guttman's. After using KillDisk you should repartition and reformat
