The resource CD is the driver CD
If it autoruns, it should after installing its own program start in an
internet Explorer Window.

If it's set up the same as for my Optiplex System, you should first see a
screen that says Welcome Dell Owner, Click next
The next screen should have a search bar on the left. Choose your Dell
model, Windows version and for Topic choose drivers. The list of drivers for
this model Dell system should appear ibn the middle of the screen. The
drivers that match your hardware should have check marks next to them. Click
on one of them and in the next window that opens, click extract. Most
drivers install automatically. The main exception I have seen is with NIC
drivers. You may have to have windows install these manually through add &
remove hardware, so pay attention to the folders the drivers get extracted to.

Hope it helps.
