Hi,
that depends on the program's sharing behaviour. Most of the pograms let
only the administrator to use those and some of those are restricted to the
user who installed that program. So Windows XP is designed not to share the
system file components over the network.
But you may try to disable "simple file sharing" to do that.
Open My computer>Tools>Folder option>View scroll down to "Use simple file
sharing" and uncheck that.
