DOESN'T WORK

I am confused what I did wrong this time, and also mad. Nothing wants to
work. I try to click on some icons, but they don't come up, and they like
turn see - through.
I did what somebody told me to do, and I cleaned or got rid of something on
my computer, I AM FUSTRATED, and I'm sorry if I seem rude, but so far I have
not gotten any help I needed, except for re-installing XP. I am fustrated
with my computer maker, and Microsoft for refusing to help me on the phone
because my computer maker has taken up some deal of some sort to deal with
all computer problems. I took a person's advice on this forum, and downloaded
REGcleaner from Major Geek. I deleted all N/A files, and Unknown files
aswell. It told me it was going to be safe, but now, icons, and programs do
NOT work.
