Task Scheduler Error 0x80090016 Keyset does not exist

I am running Win XP Home Edition - Service Pack 2. Something happened to my
computer such that the Task Scheduler will not run scheduled tasks. I get the
error shown in the subject. I am running Norton Anti Virus 2005 with the
latest definitions with no detected viruses. I have scanned the internet and
Microsoft support for help and still can't get tasks to work. I have tired
all the suggestions and have also run regedit multiple times with no help.
Scheduled tasks from Norton Anti Virus, TV schedulers, etc all add tasks but
none of them will run.

I'm not sure what else to try. Any help is greatly appreciated.
