That is a really strange problem that you have. I have never seen a Windows
problem completely shut off the computer. I would be more concerned about
the shutdown problem at the moment. Fix this problem first, then look at
the Firewall problem.

At this point I would be looking at a possible hardware problem. On some
motherboards you can configure the BIOS to shut off the computer
automatically when certain problems arise. It is possible you might have
some sort of problem related to this. Check the settings in your BIOS and
make sure your computer is not overheating.

You will but I would not worry about the cleanboot at this time. I do not
think this is a software issue.
