WinXP, SP-2.... Is it possible to password protect the Administrator's Account?
I'm new to most of this, and did check the help/support and did not
find anything on this subject. It seems to me that if someone boots
the system to safe mode, they can do just about anything they want to do.
How can I protect this Admin account?

RE: password ... will blank the default "Administrator" account password.... 2-If I try to use safe mode and get to the part that says password, ... 4-I am trying to be able to use safe mode with out removing password protect... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support)

I created a new account "Test" and then it changed back. ... still left the welcome screen option on the screen saver properties dialog. ... screen, but now shows On resume, password protect....display Welcome screen is displayed if... ...
