write to cd's in windows explorer

Since installing sp2 on this and other computers I seem to have lost the
ability to write to cd,s in windows explorer.This used to come up as an
option but no longer.When I select copy and then the writer drive it still
wont work
Does anybody have any clues pls, thanks
I can still use nero ok but this takes longer for simple file transfers
.
