Printer notification

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I'm running WinXP Pro with Word 2003. When a job is sent to the
printer a little balloon pops up from the system tray area indicating
something to the extent of "Document X is being sent to the
printer..." along with some other more-or-less useless data that my
staff finds irritating. Is it possible to change the default behavior
of Windows such that this informational balloon is not displayed? I'm
not referring to the print dialog box, but to the balloon that comes
from the printer icon in the system tray. Thanks.
