My Documents changes location

I have a user whose My Documents folder keeps reverting back to the original
location whenever they log on. I checked the Folder Options to see if the
"Restore previous folder windows at logon" was checked off and it isn't. If
anyone has any suggestions on how to correct this, it would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
