Changing My Documents Folder View

In Excel, Word and PowerPoint my folder views always show the most recently
modified folders first, followed by the most recently modified files. I
can't figure out how to get Windows Explorer to show folders first, files
second when using the modifed criteria for the view. Can it be done?
