PLEASE HELP!! MY ACCOUNT ISN'T WORKING!!

My account was a the only computer administrator account on my computer.
Well it just so happens that whenever I log onto it, nothing comes up besides
the background. The Tool Bars and the whole Desktop doesn't come up. Nothin
even the Start Menu won't come up. What can I do to fix this??
