Any ideas as to which reg keys, etc are responsible? or any other suggestions?


What AV programs have you run and have you done that in safe mode?

The fact that explorer.exe keeps getting replaced with a different larger file suggests the system is still infected. Try running Trend Micro's sysclean from safe mode.
