Disk quota

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I keep getting this message sent to me -

The account with the username 'security', is running out of disk space.
Please remove some files from this account, or ask the administrator
to increase your disk quota.

How do I fix this as i am the adminstrator & I only have 1 user.

Thanks
.
