Sounds like a spyware or virus problem. Pop up blockers can not keep your
computer totally clean all by themselves you need to get yourself an
anti-virus and an anti-spyware program. Trend Micro has the best of both
worlds but to clean up your system for now I would go to...
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and do all three of the scans listed there.
