Pop-Ups?

I'm getting un-controlable pop-ups and automatic files trying to d/l on my
laptop WinXp. I have Another IE Pop-Up Killer installed, but something go
d/l'd on my PC which has pop-up popping up over the pop-up killer. Any
suggestions to stop the un-wanted automatic d/l's and pop-up i.e., casino
games, free trips etc, etc... Thanks.
