Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

After many phone calls, I found a Home XP sp1 disc. Did a repair,
reinstalled sp2, ran windows update, and all was good. Installed my Norton
anti-everything, and all looks good. Now, it is just a matter of training my
customer not to be so stupid (oops, did I say that), oh well, money in my
pocket. Did I meantion that all of this was caused by aol? Shocked?
