Hi Adam,
Thank you for posting here.
Appreciate for sending me detailed event log. But just depend on the log we
cannot locate your error directly. I performed a lot of research based on
your error code, and I'd like to provide you some related articles here for
your reference:
"Serious system error" error message and event ID 1003 after you restart
your Windows Server 2003-based computer

Your computer automatically restarts or a stop error or another error
occurs when you have Terminal Services enabled
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;820767&sd=ee
You receive a "STOP: 0x000000D5" error message when you close an IP Phone
connection on a Windows XP Service Pack 2-based Toshiba computer or on a
Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005-based Tablet PC

I noticed that you have checked your hardware, but you may try to update
your BIOS, replace your display card etc, because based on my experience,
it can be caused by hardware corruption in all probability. In addition, To
locate the exact problem of the stop error, we need to analyze the crash
dump file. Unfortunately, we cannot help you analyze the dump file in
newsgroup. To trouble shoot this problem efficiently, I suggest that you
speak directly with a Microsoft Support Professional so that the crash dump
can be analyzed. Here are some articles that will help prepare you for this
call:

| The system would get the error or BSOD out of the blue. I have looked on
MS
| site and found very little info on this error. I have checked the system
| hardware and found no errors. If any body has any ideas how to test this
| system, it would be a great help so I can get to the bottom of the
problem.
| I have checked the memory and also ran a full Diag five times with no
errors
| in the Hardware. The system was rebuilt twice with a clean install of XP
|
| Thank You,
