I'm not exactly sure if this will work, but give it a try
Right-click what ever it is your trying to share and click on sharing in the
menu that comes up. Then check out the check-box where it says {Allow
Network users to change my files}. I believe this MIGHT be different for XP
Pro. For XP Pro i think you do the same thing except you need to change the
permissions for the EVERYONE user to full access (or whatever does you well)
I'm not exactly sure what you mean about the END USER has admin rights on
the local PC, but i hope this solves your problem
