I reset the BIOS to the default values. It appears that the Windows XP
CD-ROM that I have isn't bootable. I think its just the program that allows
for the installation of Windows XP. How can I create a boot CD? Or do you
have any other ideas on what I can do?
I really appreciate the help, but am beginning to wonder if I'm going to be
able to salvage the laptop?
