"Everytime I enter shutdown mode, it reboots".
I never had CD creater installed, and I never had Roxie Installed.
I have auto restart unchecked In the recovery program.
Not idea on whats going on.
Intel motherboard, P865perl. Intel P4 3.4 Processor. Windows XP Pro 2nd
I had a couple of unknown shutdowns, with Bios Ver. P19.... so I updated to the lastest Bios which is P21. but now I can not shutoff my system without holding in the power botton.
I e-mailed Intel, and so far I received no response.
Also note I have "Registry Doctor" Installed and it has "not" found or fixed
this problem.
Please ... someone help.
