To go into the Safe mode:-
Restart the computer.
As soon as the BIOS loads, begin tapping the F8 key on your keyboard. Do so until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears.
Using the arrow keys on the keyboard, select Safe mode and then press Enter.

Click Start > Run > type msconfig and then click OK.
In the System Configuration Utility, on the BOOT.INI tab, check /SAFEBOOT.Click OK.
When you are asked to restart the computer, click Restart.

These arent the proble, the actual account is missing, i dont know if it
deleted or what. The best i have been able to do is type the user name of the
admin account and password (my sister is the one that messed it up so she had
the account under different username and password), but it doesnt work, it
say failled to log in.
